Laconist
came to life on November 2007 when Neil saw Alcoholic Death playing
a gig with a local band. After some beers he was invited to play
Death Metal in the likes of Anasarca, Immolation, Morbid Angel,
Lost Soul… Actually our favorite Death Metal bands. Lutus
from Remords Posthume joined us in the first Jam Sessions but he
quit a little while later them Sarco, a long-road Headbanger was
invited to join us. He already had loads of Experience and he was
just the missing piece to go ahead in our journey. |
Our
First Gig happended on March, 2008 with Vader(Pol) and Marduk(Swe).
We can tell it was a decent. We really were damn proud to support
the Polish Masters. Some weeks later Laconist released the very
first register: “Blessed in Chthonic Salvation” –
Containing 4 tracks of furious Death Metal: “Pious Brothel”
, “Frustration from Above”, “Chaos of a Million
Flames” and “Christless Sovereignty”. We had very
good acceptance inside and outside Brazilian Underground Scene.
The Line-up was Neil (Guitars & Vocals) , Sarco (Bass &
Vocals) and Alcoholic Death on Drums. |
Last
December F. Polaris, a good friend of us and excellent musician
joined us as second guitar man. His first gig was with Sinister
(Hol), on February 2009. After this gig we went ahead on composing
our first full-length still untitled. We’ve just released
an EP containing 2 tracks and it’s called: “Adveniat
Infernus”. We can tell we are in the way of Supreme Death
Metal Terror! |
